  • Food & Drink

A Japanese restaurant utilizing an Oya stone storehouse built approximately 70 years ago.

We meticulously prepare ingredients cultivated with care by local farmers, preserving their fresh aroma and texture while striving to elevate each dish to maximize the inherent qualities of the ingredients. By combining seasonal vegetables and fruits nurtured by Tochigi’s rich soil with other local specialties like Tochigi Wagyu beef, Tochigi Shamo chicken, and Nikko salmon, we create dishes unique to this region.
Additionally, we have a shop on-site offering a selection of miscellaneous goods and tableware.

Central Area

Utsunomiya, the most populous city in Tochigi, is about an hour from Tokyo by Shinkansen, and serves as a major transportation hub for the different regions of the prefecture. In addition to being known for its famous Gyoza (pan-fried dumplings), Utsunomiya is called the “city of jazz and cocktails”, as there are numerous venues for hearing live jazz music, and the bartenders are quite skilled, so there are plenty of options for enjoyable nightlife.
